God,
Thank You for the blue sky and the sea You gave us this morning as we came to church in Seogwipo of Jeju island.

Thank You for sending beloved guests to today’s service and for allowing us to gather and worship You together.

We lift up this small church in Yerae Village. Through this church, please accomplish Your will.

Make this a church that saves not just one soul but many, and that transforms not only individuals but our whole community.

Please use this church.
May it be a church where living water flows so that we never thirst again; a church where springs of eternal life well up in every believer’s heart; a church that, in the presence of the Holy Spirit, worships in spirit and in truth.

Lord,
Renew this church by Your Word; make us new.

Make us a church that walks with Your Word and obeys Your Word; and, abiding in Christ—the true Vine—and with You our Father, may we bear much fruit for Your glory.

Fill us with the Holy Spirit and with faith.
Let us hear Your voice; let the sick be restored; let us proclaim Your powerful Word; let us dream the dreams You give; and let us experience the very works You are doing among us.

Lord Jesus,
As You were always with Your disciples—sharing bread and fish, enduring hardship together even when threatened with stoning, preaching the gospel and performing the signs of God—so that they believed in You; and as that small band of disciples carried the gospel to the ends of the earth,

So now, through this little church,
Raise up true disciples of Jesus.
Through this church,
Let disciples of Jesus grow and be sent.

Father,
Just as You sent Your Son into the world,
You have called us to be Your children and are sending us into the world.

So, Lord, guide the steps of each member of this church.
Make us worshipers of God; make us those who bring Your life to others. Use us—and use this church—for Your purposes.

Lord, help our pastor.
You know the pastor’s heart as he serves this church and guards this worship.

Grant our pastor new strength.
Clothe him with Your power.

Through our pastor,
May Your living Word be proclaimed, and may Your heart for each soul be conveyed to all who gather here.

You know every labor, tear, and prayer of our pastor and his wife. Use them for Your glory, and through their ministry and service, be glorified, our God.

We wait with expectation for what You will do.
With eyes of faith,
We look to the works You are about to accomplish.
We praise You for the marvelous things You will do through this church.
