Getting to Know Me & This Blog

Hello, and welcome.

I studied Economics and Electronics at top schools in Korea and Switzerland, and later worked in Switzerland at an international organization, analyzing economic data.

Eventually, I returned to Korea and started my own business. In the early days, things looked promising. I was on a rising path.

But in the spring of 2020, everything came crashing down. A major loss left me with nothing—except debt and despair.
I hit rock bottom. I had nothing left to give. There were moments when I thought about giving up on everything.

And yet, in that darkness, something gentle reached me. A pastor at my church encouraged me to read the Bible and write down my reflections.

I didn’t have much strength. But I could still open the Word. And somehow, even in exhaustion, God’s Word gave me light.

Since then, I’ve been writing—slowly, quietly, honestly. These devotions were never meant to impress. They were lifelines.

Now, I want to share them. One by one.

Grace for the Failing is a space for the weary, the broken, and those barely hanging on.
